Terms and Conditions for Shipping Protection Coverage

Policy

Eligibility
Customers who purchase the shipping protection add-on shall be entitled to the benefits for lost or damaged packages during transit.
Investigation Process

PharmaServe will work with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to investigate claims of lost or damaged packages.
Customers may be required to provide documentation to assist in the investigation process.

Resolution Process

During the investigation:
- Replacement medication may be offered at 50% of the original cost.
- If the investigation confirms the medication was safely delivered, the customer will pay the remaining balance for the replacement.
- If the investigation outcome favors the customer, PharmaServe will cover up to the full cost of the medication, excluding shipping fees.
If the investigation outcome does not favor the customer, PharmaServe will not issue a refund or provide a replacement.

Coverage

Scope of Coverage

Shipping protection covers lost or damaged packages during transit for up to the full cost of the medication.
The extent of coverage and compensation for damage depends on the outcome of the USPS investigation and the Pharmacy teams assessment.

Limitations and Exclusions

Shipping protection does not cover:

Shipping fees.
Packages marked as delivered by USPS unless proven otherwise during the investigation.

Coverage applies only to medications shipped by PharmaServe via USPS.

General Provisions

PharmaServe reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Canada and the USA..

Force Majeure

PharmaServe shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, delays due to natural disasters, war or civil unrest, pandemic or public health emergencies, government actions or regulations Strikes or labor disputes and severe weather conditions.

We’re happy to share that Canada Post has resumed shipping!

We know how important medications are, and we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding during the challenge posed when Canada Post was on strike, something we had never experienced in our many years of service to you. That is why we are providing free CP shipping or subsidized FedEx shipping.

Free shipping is available for all orders $100 and above as a thank you for your understanding.
Please note: Canada Post is working to clear their backlog, so slight delays may still occur.

FedEx
We are doing some very limited number of FedEx shipping (limited number because FedEx is overloaded because of Canada Post’s strike), and we are subsidizing the cost of this faster services in appreciation of your patronage. The actual rate for FedEx is a little more than $70, but we are subsidizing it so those who want it only pay a little

less than $50 for insulins (refrigerated products) i.e. the regular $29.99 plus $20, or
less than $35 for insulins (non-refrigerated products) i.e. the regular $14.99 plus $20
FREESHIP5 is not valid for orders shipped via FedEx. The FedEx shipping discount, as mentioned above, will be automatically applied.
Since a standard shipping fee is applied to all orders, our customer support team will contact you to confirm any additional FedEx shipping costs.
