Arnuity Ellipta can cause the following serious and common side effects:
Serious Side Effects

• Mouth or throat fungal infection: To reduce the chances of mouth and throat fungal infection, always rinse your mouth with water after using Arnuity Ellipta. Do not swallow the water.
• Adults should help adolescents to use Arnuity Ellipta.
• Immunosuppression (chances of infection increase if your immune system is weak)
• Adrenal insufficiency: When you start taking inhaled corticosteroid medicines after stopping oral corticosteroid medications, it can cause Adrenal insufficiency. It can get worse if you are under stress from trauma, infection, surgery, or fever.
• Adrenal insufficiency symptoms include weakness, low energy, low blood pressure, nausea, and vomiting.
• Difficulty in breathing immediately after inhaling Arnuity Ellipta.
• Osteoporosis (Bone thinning)
• Slow growth in adolescents
• eye problems such as glaucoma and cataracts
• Severe allergic reactions like rash, hives, swelling of your mouth and tongue

• Flu
• Sore throat
• Headache
• Runny nose
